Bob has over 30 years’ experience that spans biopharma, data analytics for the life science industry, corporate law and business development. Bob most recently served as CEO and Chairman of Skyland Analytics (acquired by Molecular Devices, a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation), which provided Part 11-compliant cloud-based platforms for the management and analysis of process, product and patient data across the biopharma supply chain. Previously, Bob served as CEO of Aegis Analytical (acquired by Dassault Systemes), VP of Business Development & Associate General Counsel at Martek Biosciences (NASDAQ:MATK), (acquired by DSM), and as General Counsel & VP Corporate Development of OmegaTech (acquired by Martek). He is a member of the bars of New York and Connecticut.

Bob has over 3 decades of experience focused on delivering transformational products in the medical device sector. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Technical Operations at Lyra Therapeutics where he helped lead the company through product and manufacturing development in support of their novel ENT products. Previously, he served as VP of R&D for Anika Therapeutics and prior to that as VP of R&D at Hyalex Orthopedics. He has also held leadership positions at C.R. Bard, Boston Scientific, and Johnson & Johnson, where he led R&D organizations through numerous product development initiatives from the conceptual phase through commercialization. He holds a Ph.D. in polymer chemistry and plastics engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell as well as bachelor of science degrees in chemistry and biology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Bob is a named inventor on over 40 US patents.

Rick has over 30 years of diverse business, accounting and financial management experience, having been a Manager with Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Services Group handling various venture capital clients. Previously, Rick served as the Chief Financial Officer for Medical Science Partners, a Harvard-affiliated life science venture capital fund and as the NASD Chief Compliance Officer for Apeiron Partners LLC.

Christina has over 25 years of marketing and product management experience in global and emerging businesses with a focus on serving life science and healthcare companies. Most recently, Christina served as Head of Brand & Category Marketing for IDBS (a Danaher company), where she oversaw the global brand, category, and product marketing strategies and programs for the company’s biopharma lifecycle data management software platform. Previously, Christina led Marketing for Skyland Analytics, ALN Medical Management, and Martek Biosciences and managed a portfolio of products at Nestle Clinical Nutrition. She is co-founder of Knowledge Group, providing tactical and strategic marketing and product management expertise to small and medium-sized businesses. She has led 9 product launches, played a key role in 3 acquisitions, and is named co-inventor on 3 medical foods patents.

Cindi brings 20 years’ experience in accounting, financial analysis, compliance and operational experience to Sinopsys having previously served as controller in medical device, biotech and software companies. Her expertise includes establishing efficient systems and controls; equity and debt financings, securities compliance and corporate record management. She previously served as Controller of Skyland Analytics.
